Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as all our products are made to order. Each item is crafted specifically for you, making it difficult for us to restock or resell returned items. Since our products are made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for us to create and ship your item. We take great care in ensuring that each piece meets our high-quality standards before it's sent out to you.

With supply chain issues, it may take a little longer but I will be fully transparent throughout the whole process. Shipping is only available to places within the USA and Canada.
